SVS Vision accepts most insurance plans such as BCBS, Aetna, John Hancock and others. Determined by your health care provider, SVS Vision accepts a set fee for the services provided. There are various levels of fee schedules depending on the particular insurance provider.

> A company may also be self-funded or self-insured. In this case SVS Vision is frequently requested to become a Preferred Vision Provider (PVP) and with company management will establish vision allowances. This special allowance is exchanged for company support of our vision services.

As additional incentives for employees to use their PVP, we also offer discounts on designer frames, lenses, tints and coatings.
