Thank you for visiting the SVS Vision, Inc. (“SVS”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”) website (the “Site”). Marketing and Communication Preferences: We shall collect your marketing consent, communication preference, and exam scheduling preference that you provide us with, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We may collect consumer behavior, which includes but is not limited to your product preferences, products viewed, advertisement interactions, educational materials viewed, and/or website navigation,
Technical Information: We may automatically collect technical information when you use our Site, such as device information, browser version, browsing and search history, IP address, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, length of visit, clickstream data and reference site domain name, interactions, and customer traffic patterns and website usage. This may include interactions with our digital ads and content on other sites. This may also include record page interaction information and other communications and content from your use of our Site, including content entry, search terms, other data entries, and methods used to navigate from the page. We combine information collected from you. This includes information collected online or offline. We combine data collected from different sources and devices to better understand your preferences, improve the relevance of our communications, and enhance your overall experience with our products and services.

We do not sell your personal information but may share personal information that we collect with third parties as lawfully permitted, including as discussed below.
We engage service providers to perform services in connection with the operation of our business. We may share personal information with service providers so that they can perform these services. Examples of these services include text and voice messaging services, exam scheduling, product customization, marketing and promotional material distribution, educational information, website evaluation, data analysis and, where applicable, data cleansing.
We may release personal information if we believe in good faith that: (1) the law or legal process requires it; (2) we have received a valid administrative request from a law enforcement agency; (3) such release is necessary or appropriate to determine if any fraudulent activity took place; or (4) such release is necessary or appropriate (in our sole discretion) to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, or any of our respective affiliates, service providers, customers, or others.
We share aggregated and de-identified information, and other technical information, without limitation. For example, we may share aggregated demographic information about the Site’s visitors with our service providers or vendors, so that they can provide marketing analysis and consultation. YOUR CHOICES
You can opt out of our email marketing. To unsubscribe, you can use the link provided at the bottom of each marketing message or newsletter. Please include in the subject line of those emails “OPT OUT”. If you do not opt out of email marketing, we will collect the following information such as products viewed, product preferences, shopping preferences, browser version, browsing and search history, IP address, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, length of visit, clickstream data and reference site domain name, interactions, customer traffic patterns, and website usage
You may change your preference related to any exam scheduler notifications by accessing and updating your preferences within your profile on our Site.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
We do not currently do business in the State of California. Therefore, we do not currently offer our products or services to California residents.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. Our Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children less than 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.

We cannot promise that use of our Site will be completely safe as the internet is not completely secure. We recommend that you use caution when using the internet. We recommend that you do not share your passwords. We recommend using caution when selecting links to other websites or services that are linked to our Site. By selecting a link to an outside party, your selection will take you to a website that is not controlled by us. This Policy shall not extend nor apply to the outside website or platform that you selected. We collect and maintain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to carry out our business services described in this Policy, in accordance with any other notice provided at the time such information is collected, to provide our products and services, as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, defend our rights, and in accordance with agreements.
